Avenue HQ hosted events FAQ's
Are tickets available at the door?
Ticket sales are first come first serve, if it is not sold out prior to the show the remaining seats will be available at the door. We highly recommend purchasing your tickets online to guarantee a seat.
Where do I get my tickets I purchased Online?
We put your name on a list and you are checked in at the event. If your name is not on the list, then you will need to purchase a ticket at the door to enter.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded if an event is canceled. In the event that a show is canceled, refunds will be issued to the card on which the tickets were purchased.
Where do I park?
There is a parking lot in the back of the building, accessible from the alley. From the parking lot enter the back entrance and take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor. Or you may park along Capitol Ave or Lafayette st. as there is plenty of street parking around the old prison.
Is there food & beverage?
Most events we cater in a full bar for your pleasure, unless noted on the event. However, there is no food available at the event.
Can we bring food in with us?
No, as a courtesy to others, we do not allow food to be brought in for the Avenue HQ hosted shows.
How long does the show last?
That depends on the act or performance of the show. Most Evening of Comedy nights last 2 hours. Other performances may be longer.
Is there assigned seats?
We seat you when you come based on the total party that you are with. This makes it more convenient for you and other patrons.
Is there smoking in the facility?
No, there is no smoking or the use of Vapor devices allowed inside the building or within 10’ feet of the doors. There is smoking receptacles placed outside for your use.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is Casual Dress. We do not allow torn up jeans or t-shirts.
